It is easy to mix and binds well to a method feeder and breaks down quickly, it all depends on the ingredients used. The fine particles of fishmeal create an inactive mixture when moistened, perfect for quick breakdown of feed around the hook. It can also be balled or cupped as a slop.
F1 Original groundbait is part of a wider range which includes hookbaits, feed pellets, pastes and liquids which can be used alone or in combination with other baits.

Guidelines for mixing
F1 Groundbait is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round bucket, fill a 2 pint maggot pan with water, pour it over the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then leave to sit for 30 minutes, during which time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. So for best results; to eliminate any lumps and create a homogeneous consistency, pass the groundbait through a sieve and it is ready for use.
